  • Do you offer print services while I wait?
    No. We simply can not guarantee equipment availability if you drop in; therefore, we ask you to email your print order(s) to in advance. Once we receive your request a team member will coordinate a pickup time with you.
  • Do you accept small print jobs?
    Yes, we print small jobs; however, we have a minimum charge of $50.
  • Do you offer layout and design services?
    Yes. Contact us at to discuss your design project.
  • Do you offer logo design?
    No. We do not offer logo or branding design services.
  • Do you offer physical proofs?
    Yes. Some conditions apply, please contact us for more information.
  • Do you print artwork?
    We do print some art prints but cannot guarantee coloring matching to the original. If this is essential to you or you require detailed scans of original artwork, then we highly recommend Chromatics. They are local and specialize in artwork reproduction.
  • Do you offer same-day printing?

  • What is your turnaround time?
    It depends on the project. Some jobs can be completed the same day, others may take a little longer. When you email your order let us know your deadline. We will work with you to ensure it is completed within your time frame.
  • Do you print envelopes?
    Yes. We can print envelopes.
  • Can you print on a customer’s paper stock or envelopes?
    Possibly. We will be happy to try to print on your paper stock or envelopes. Some conditions may apply, please contact us at for more information.

  • Do I have to pick up my order during your lobby hours?
    No, not for small jobs. We have an after hours pickup bin available 24/7. You will be notified via email when your order is ready and in the bin for pickup.
  • Do you offer free parking?
    There is short-term, free parking in front of our doors. There is also a paid lot available that requires validation via the posted QR code. [Moxie is not responsible for booted or towed cars.]
  • How do I pay?
    Once your job is complete you will receive an email with a link to pay your invoice. The link will allow you to pay online with a credit card, debit card or ACH payment. If you would prefer to keep a credit card on file or open a corporate account, email us at: for more information.
